       公司从一九七八年创建起，承建和维修保护了全国和省市重点文物保护单位其中有：东南佛国宁波天童寺、阿育王寺；国内稀有的塔里藏塔的湖州飞英塔；江南宋代建筑宁波保国寺；藏书名楼宁波天一阁、杭州文澜阁；中国最高学府之一的北京清华大学工字厅古建筑群；抗法援越黑旗军将领广西冯子才、刘永福故居；被称为北京明长城的师范与蓝本的临海台州府城墙、临海紫阳古街及府文庙、佛教弥勒道场奉化雪窦寺；绍兴苍桥直街；湖州南浔百间楼街区、小莲庄、红房子；宋代格局较完整的古县城——宁波慈城古建筑群及宁波天封塔、城隍庙、咸通塔、天主教堂、钱业会馆；苏州灵岩寺塔、仙居南峰塔及福应塔、兰溪长乐及诸葛八卦村、景宁时思寺、龙游民居苑、江西上饶双塔、乐清南阁牌楼、温州宝胜寺双塔、江心屿塔、衢州府城墙、苍南古城堡、广州海关大钟楼、红楼；湖北武当山元和观、御碑亭、泰顺泗溪廊桥、黄岩孔庙、临海千佛塔、黄岩九峰塔、江西赣州慈云塔、松阳延庆寺塔、浦江郑宅江南第一家古建筑群、福建古田会议旧址、安徽凤阳朱元璋皇城、深圳鹤湖客家围屋、湖州及温岭古石桥等古建筑350多处。而且还重建了仿古建筑临海戚继光祠及龙兴寺、舟山桃花岛射雕英雄传基地、杭州宋城、宁波梁祝公园、城隍庙及商业仿古街、深圳民俗文化村、世界之窗、珠海圆明新园、长沙世界之窗、绍兴罗门公园、杭州西溪湿地公园、天台济公故居、苏州玉皇宫、深圳观澜寺、曹洞宗祖庭江西抚州曹山寺、宁波育王寺东塔、宁波天童寺塔、龙泉华严塔、赣州翠浪塔、长兴寿圣寺塔、温州松台山塔、江西婺源灵顺庙、安徽池州文庙、山东诸城万佛寺、长兴大唐贡茶院及陈武帝故居及寺院、奉化雪窦寺大佛区、义乌福田寺、广西柳州开元寺、江西新余仙女湖佛教区、广东惠州永福寺、武汉归元寺圆通阁等宝塔100多座，寺庙、古街区、名人名居等300多处。而且还去国外建造了佛祖释伽牟尼诞生地的尼泊尔中华寺、日本福冈町物业馆、马来西亚张弼士府邸等。其中武汉归元寺圆通阁单体建筑用材1万多立方米，是国内近百年来最大的单体木构工程。这些工程的完成，受到专家和有关部门的一致好评。湖州飞英塔、北京清华大学工字厅建筑群、广州红楼等还被称之为优秀建筑的实物广告。马来西亚张弼士府邸、绍兴苍桥直街、清华大学清华园等工程竣工后成为世界遗产和联合国优秀保护奖。国家文物局2010年国保工程检查验收组专家称广州红楼修复工程为全国最好的工程竣工项目。

Zhejiang Historic Building Engineering Co., Ltd., an ancient architecture garden enterprise, has grade-A qualification of the protection of cultural relics awarded by State Administration of Cultural Heritage, grade-A qualification of garden and park historic buildings and grade-A qualification of urban garden landscaping awarded by Ministry of Construction. In addition, it built Nepal Chinese Temple known as the birthplace of Buddha Sakyamuni, Japanese Fukuoka Property Museum and the mansion of Malaysian Zhang Bishi abroad. Especially, Yuantong Pavilion of Wuhan Guiyuan Temple, a single building, which consumes the timber of more than 10,000 cubic meters, was the largest single timber structure project for nearly 100 years at home.

These projects win good comments from experts and related departments. Especially, Huzhou Feiying Tower, Beijing Tsinghua Garden and Guangzhou Red Building are called the physical advertising of excellent buildings. The mansion of Malaysian Zhang Bishi, Shaoxing Cangqiao Street and Tsinghua Garden of Tsinghua University have become world heritage and been awarded “Excellent Protection Award of the United Nations”. Guangzhou Red Building was called the best project in China by experts from the inspection and acceptance group of the 2010 national protection projects of the State Administration of Cultural Heritage.

For many years, the company has been awarded “National Excellent Construction Enterprises”, “Unit Making Outstanding Contribution to the Protection of Traditional Buildings and Cultural Relics” and “the Second of National Top 20 Garden Ancient Building Enterprises” by National Architecture Institute of China, “Traditional Building Protection Demonstration Project Units” by China Culture Relics Protection Foundation and Architecture and Culture Society of China, “Units Winning the Gold Award of Projects” by Chinese Society of Landscape Architecture and Ancient Building Association of China, “Contract-honoring & Promise-keeping Credit Units” by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and other bank units, “Contract-honoring & Promise-keeping AAA Enterprises” by Zhejiang Industrial and Commercial Bureau. Moreover, it passed the certification of ISO9001-2000 Quality Management System.

Huang Dashu, legal person and general manager, was selected as a national excellent entrepreneur, a leader and a contributor making outstanding contribution to the protection of the traditional buildings and cultural relics by Ministry of Construction, National Architecture Institute of China and China Culture Relics Protection Foundation, a tip-top talent by Taizhou City and Linhai City, a provincial model worker by the provincial government, a deputy to the 8th, 9th and 10th People’s Congress of Zhejiang Province and a member of the standing committee of the People’s Congress of Linhai City.
